QVADRARIA. Senderos del paisaje y la memoria

Proposal of different routes to do on foot or by bike from the town of Cascante, the ancient Roman Cascantum, located less than 10 km from Tudela.

You can follow the path thanks to QR codes that, by means of audios, will help you to understand and enjoy the rich heritage that surrounds you: Roman quarries from 2,000 years ago and geological forms from 22 million years ago under the immense sky of Cascante, in the Ribera de Navarra.

On this route you will be able to see perfectly several Roman quarries with pick marks, stone extraction channels, crane support points and the odd abandoned ashlar that have been discovered and interpreted by the Cascante Archaeology team.
