Church of San Juan Bautista (Cortes)
Simple lines. The original structure consisted only of the central nave, from the second half of the 16th century. Construction began in 1547 on the site of the previous church dedicated to San Juan. It owes its fundamental structure to the second half of the 16th century, when the central nave was built in Gothic-Renaissance style. The main altarpiece, the carving of the Virgen del Pilar and the Crucifixion stand out.
