Country House Balcón del Moncayo

Welcome to “El Balcón del Moncayo”, a country house dating from 1900 that has been lovingly restored in Fustiñana, designed to offer you an authentic getaway amidst vegetable gardens, tranquillity and unique landscapes. Ideal for families and groups of up to 9 people.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel that perfect blend of rural charm and modern comfort. The south-facing aspect fills the house with natural light throughout the day, and the unobstructed views of the orchards, with Moncayo on the horizon, create a sense of calm that’s hard to put into words… the sort you feel the moment you arrive.

You don’t just come here to sleep: you come to slow down, to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, to linger over after-lunch chats, to savour the silence and to reconnect with the simple things in life.

The house has four themed rooms, each one completely different and decorated to reflect the essence of Navarre and Fustiñana:

- ‘Bardenas’ room — inspired by the unique landscapes of the Bardenas Reales.
- ‘Huerta’ room — a tribute to the market-gardening tradition of the Ribera Navarra.
- “Chupinazo” room — dedicated to the festive atmosphere and joy of Navarre’s traditional festivals.
- “Nueces” room — inspired by the traditional festivals of the Virgen de la Peña.

The house features:
- 2 full bathrooms with showers + 1 separate toilet
- Air conditioning and heating
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Workspace
- Games room with pool table, arcade games, video games and a cinema area

The courtyard is one of the house’s main highlights. A very special spot with natural greenery, a relaxing fountain and a string of lights that creates a magical atmosphere at night.
