Verdu-Pincho

The "Verdupincho" starts in Ribera Navarra!

Within the framework of the "XXVII Vegetable Festival of Tudela and the Ribera de Navarra" which will be held from 16th April to 2nd May, the EDER Consortium, in collaboration with the Order of the Volatín, has organised the "VERDUPINCHO", with the aim of boosting demand in the hotel and catering sector, one of the sectors which has suffered the most as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.

A total of 11 municipalities and 14 bars have joined this initiative by preparing an exclusive vegetable pincho that can only be enjoyed over the next few weeks.

There are some appetising and surprising pinchos such as: the "Corazón Ribero, the Explosión Ribera or the Sabor de Nuestra Tierra" (Marcilla, Ribaforada, Cabanillas) some more traditional such as the borage croquette ( Arguedas) or the cazuelita de alcachofas de la huerta con jamón (Tulebras) , or more sophisticated pinchos such as fried artichokes with fresh asparagus tempura, truffled egg yolk and veils of Iberian jowl (Peralta) or fried artichokes with Iberian soil and flakes of idiazabal (Tudela).

Check out all the information about the different pinchos and the bars and their opening times in the following leaflet:

We will keep you posted on our social media and remember to use the hashtag #SomosVerdura and #Verdupincho when posting photos of this experience.

Obligatory compliance with all general health and safety measures for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 (masks, interpersonal distance...), as well as those extraordinary measures in force for hotel and catering establishments.
